        Product Description

WATON BENCH TYPE SERVO PRESS is a high-performance, servo-driven press system engineered for high-precision press-fitting applications. It is available in two product lines, SB Series and LB Series, to meet the diverse precision machining requirements across multiple industries.

The SB Series supports a maximum load capacity of 800–1,600 kgf, while the LB Series offers up to 1,000–3,000 kgf. Both series provide a stroke range of 0–200 mm with precise positional control and deliver outstanding machining quality with a repeatability of ±0.01 mm.

Featuring a 7-inch color LCD display with an intuitive user interface, the system incorporates a load cell for real-time force measurement and supports multiple communication interfaces, including USB, Ethernet, DeviceNet, and EtherNet/IP, enabling seamless process monitoring and external integration. All models operate on 220V three-phase power and feature a robust frame design weighing between 350–700 kg, ensuring exceptional rigidity and durability even in high-load applications.

The WATON BENCH TYPE SERVO PRESS employs a precision drive system with zero mechanical backlash, making it ideal for applications that demand ultra-fine positional accuracy such as electronics, medical devices, automotive components, and precision molds. Compared to conventional pneumatic or hydraulic presses, it offers significantly improved energy efficiency and ease of maintenance.

All machines support customizable configurations to meet specific customer requirements. The compact bench-type design allows efficient installation in confined workspaces and can be operated without a separate workbench, simplifying deployment. With its combination of precision, quiet operation, and high reliability, the WATON BENCH TYPE SERVO PRESS is the optimal solution for achieving superior quality in production systems.
